Because of the perishable nature of meat, we have a no return policy.

If you detect a problem with product we've supplied, let us know straight away so we can assist before it's too late. Meat requires very specific temperature control, so please ensure product is kept at the correct temperature, even if there is a problem.

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any damages, if product is out of specification or the wrong item was delivered. 

Refunds

Typically, once a claim has been agreed to and approved, we will issue a credit against your account.
